ALPHASHIFT

Shift Thinking. Shape Success.

Something on your mind?

Something you’re thinking about.

A problem you’re trying to solve.

A conversation you’re not quite sure how to have.

Or perhaps just a feeling that something needs to move.

You don’t necessarily know what it is.

And that’s okay.

Sometimes, you already know enough.

Yet there’s still a missing piece.

Something you can’t quite put your finger on.

It could be a conversation.

A different perspective.

A small decision.

Or simply seeing something you thought you knew in a different way.

Maybe it starts with a better question.

Or a clearer observation.

Perhaps you see a possibility you hadn’t considered.

Perhaps you decide to do something differently.

And that’s where the shift begins.

Make the shift.

Not everything needs a new plan.

Sometimes, it needs a new way of looking at the old one.

  1. A thought becomes a possibility.
  2. A possibility becomes a decision.
  3. A decision becomes action.

Small shifts can change what happens next.

That’s what Alpha Shift is about.

Creating the space to explore.

To think differently.

To see more clearly.

To find what matters.

And then to do something about it.

How we work

It might begin with a conversation.

It might be a workshop that gets people thinking and doing.

It might be a deeper journey with a leader, a team or an organisation.

Or it might be something we haven’t put into a box yet.

We start where you are.

I’m Chetan.

I’ve spent my career moving between banking, fintech, marketing, education and business.

Different industries. Different challenges. Different people.

One thing has stayed constant:

Good answers don’t always come from knowing more.

Sometimes they come from looking differently.

That’s the thinking behind Alpha Shift.

Ready to explore?

You don’t need to have it figured out.

Bring the question.

Bring the challenge.

Bring the half-formed thought.

We’ll start there.

Let’s explore →

Think · Show Up · Stay

Hmm…

What if there’s another way of looking at this?

Maybe there’s something you want to handle differently.

What brings you here?

  • A tough meeting.
  • An interview.
  • A pitch that matters.
  • A conversation you’ve been putting off.
  • A decision about what’s next.
  • A business or team that needs something to shift.
A working line: less tangled, not unnaturally perfect.

SHOW UP.

Take charge of it.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

We don’t start with a programme.

We start with you.

What’s happening?

What’s getting in the way?

What would make a difference?

We shape the work around that.

STAY.

Knowing what to do is one thing.

Sticking with it is another.

Give the shift time to stick.

So, what could we work on together?

01

THINK BETTER

Keep coming back to the same answer? Or wondering if there’s another way?

More ways to approach a real situation.

Beyond the obvious.

Sideways.

Logically.

Through better questions.

Not more thinking. More ways to think.

Got an answer?

Ask “What else?”

Then ask it again.

02

COMMUNICATE CONFIDENTLY

Got something important to say — but not quite sure how to say it?

Know what matters.

Find the words.

Say what you mean — clearly and confidently.

Clarity before confidence.

Before an important conversation, ask:

What do I really want them to understand?

Start there.

03

STORYTELLING

Have something worth sharing — and want people to remember it?

Find the story in what you want to say.

Give it shape.

Use words that help people see it.

Make the point worth remembering.

Think of something you need to explain.

Instead of asking:

“What do I want to say?”

Ask:

“What do I want them to see?”

04

OWNING THE ROLE

Stepping into more responsibility — without necessarily feeling completely ready?

Step into the responsibility you’ve been given — or chosen to take on.

Understand what the role now asks of you.

Use what you already bring.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to step up.

Ask:

What does this role need from me now?

And:

What am I already bringing to it?

PEAK PERFORMANCE

Ever had days when everything just seems to click — and others when it doesn’t?

Your best performance isn’t always about trying harder.

Notice what brings out your best.

Understand the state you’re in.

Learn how to find your way back to it.

Your best is already something you’ve experienced.

Think of a time when you were really good at what you were doing.

What was different about you in that moment?

Choose the depth: 60 mins — Open it up · 180 mins — Work it through · 360 mins — Make it usable.

06

NAVIGATE UNCERTAINTY

Spending too much time worrying about what might happen next?

We can’t know everything that’s coming.

But we can notice what’s happening now.

Separate what we can influence from what we can’t.

And find a useful next step.

You don’t need to know what happens next to decide what you do next.

Ask yourself:

What do I know?

What can I influence?

What can I do next?

Choose the depth: 60 mins — Open it up · 180 mins — Work it through · 360 mins — Make it usable.

PERSONAL BRANDING

Do people know what you bring — and what you’d like to be known for?

There’s probably more to you than the part people usually see.

Things you’re good at.

Things you’ve done.

Things you know about.

Things you care about.

And perhaps a few things people wouldn’t expect.

It’s all part of you.

The question is how you let people discover it — in person and online.

What are three things about you that are worth knowing?

Are you giving people a chance to discover them?

Choose the depth: 60 mins — Open it up · 180 mins — Work it through · 360 mins — Make it usable.

Chetan

I’ve always been curious.

About people.

About what makes us tick.

Why we respond differently to the same situation.

Why something brings out the best in us one day — and gets in our way the next.

And what we might be capable of that we haven’t quite discovered yet.

That curiosity has travelled with me.

Through banking, fintech, marketing, education and business.

Different roles.

Different situations.

Lots of different people.

And then there are the things I try…

Photography took me across genres and, along the way, brought me some international recognition.

A weekend eating street food around New Delhi with three colleagues became a coffee-table book — four copies, one for each of us.

And once, mostly because it was well outside my comfort zone, I tried stand-up comedy.

One performance.

It went rather well. 😄

Different things. Same curiosity.

Look closer.

Ask questions.

Try something.

Learn.

And occasionally, surprise yourself.

That’s probably the simplest way to explain Alpha Shift.

It grew from experience.

From curiosity.

From continuing to learn.

And from believing that sometimes the most useful thing we can do is look again — at the situation, at the possibilities, and at ourselves.
