ALPHA SHIFT.

01 · a question

Something on your mind?

Something you’re thinking about. A problem you’re trying to solve. A conversation you’re not quite sure how to have.

Or perhaps just a feeling that something needs to move.

You don’t necessarily know what it is. And that’s okay.

02 · noticing

Sometimes, you already know enough. Yet there’s still a missing piece. Something you can’t quite put your finger on.

It could be a conversation. A different perspective. A small decision.

Or simply seeing something you thought you knew in a different way.

Loose ink sketch: a small figure with question marks stands on black stepping-stones crossing a river, with three coloured stones ahead marking possible next moves and a small crocodile watching.
Sketchnote: the river crossing
Loose ink sketch in three beats: a figure with a thought cloud, then a lit light-bulb overhead, then the figure running while carrying the bulb. Thought becomes insight becomes action.

03 · a possibility

Maybe it starts with a better question. Or a clearer observation.

Perhaps you see a possibility you hadn’t considered. Perhaps you decide to do something differently.

And that’s where the shift begins.

04 · the shift

Make the shift.

Not everything needs a new plan. Sometimes, it needs a new way of looking at the old one.

  1. A thought becomes a possibility.
  2. A possibility becomes a decision.
  3. A decision becomes action.

Small shifts can change what happens next.

05 · what this is

That’s what Alpha Shift is about. Creating the space to explore. To think differently.

To see more clearly. To find what matters. And then to do something about it.

How we work

  • It might begin with a conversation.
  • It might be a workshop that gets people thinking and doing.
  • It might be a deeper journey with a leader, a team or an organisation.
  • Or it might be something we haven’t put into a box yet.
  • We start where you are.

06 · the person

I’m Chetan.

I’ve spent my career moving between banking, fintech, marketing, education and business. Different industries. Different challenges. Different people.

One thing has stayed constant: Good answers don’t always come from knowing more. Sometimes they come from looking differently.

That’s the thinking behind Alpha Shift.

Meet Chetan

Ready to explore?

You don’t need to have it figured out.

  • Bring the question.
  • Bring the challenge.
  • Bring the half-formed thought.

We’ll start there.

Let’s explore

Page 2 · Think · Show Up · Stay

Hmm…

What if there’s another way of looking at this? Maybe there’s something you want to handle differently.

What brings you here?

  • A tough meeting.
  • An interview.
  • A pitch that matters.
  • A conversation you’ve been putting off.
  • A decision about what’s next.
  • A business or team that needs something to shift.

SHOW UP.

Take charge of it. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

We don’t start with a programme. We start with you.

  • What’s happening?
  • What’s getting in the way?
  • What would make a difference?

We shape the work around that.

STAY.

Knowing what to do is one thing. Sticking with it is another.

Give the shift time to stick.

The tangle changes. The bulb stays the same.

Programmes

A family of considerations. Open one to look closer.

01THINK BETTERSee possibilities. Solve better problems.Take a closer look →Close ×

Keep coming back to the same answer? Or wondering if there’s another way?

More ways to approach a real situation.

Beyond the obvious.

Sideways.

Logically.

Through better questions.

Not more thinking. More ways to think.

Let’s explore Depth is chosen in the conversation.
02COMMUNICATE CONFIDENTLYBe clear. Be heard. Have the conversations that matter.Take a closer look →Close ×

Got something important to say — but not quite sure how to say it?

Know what matters.

Find the words.

Say what you mean — clearly and confidently.

Clarity before confidence.

Let’s explore Depth is chosen in the conversation.
03STORYTELLINGTurn ideas into stories people remember.Take a closer look →Close ×

Have something worth sharing — and want people to remember it?

Find the story in what you want to say.

Give it shape.

Use words that help people see it.

Make the point worth remembering.

Let’s explore Depth is chosen in the conversation.
04OWNING THE ROLEStep up. Take charge. Create movement.Take a closer look →Close ×

Stepping into more responsibility — without necessarily feeling completely ready?

Step into the responsibility you’ve been given — or chosen to take on.

Understand what the role now asks of you.

Use what you already bring.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to step up.

Let’s explore Depth is chosen in the conversation.
05PEAK PERFORMANCEUnderstand your mind. Access its power.Take a closer look →Close ×

Ever had days when everything just seems to click — and others when it doesn’t?

Your best performance isn’t always about trying harder.

Notice what brings out your best.

Understand the state you’re in.

Learn how to find your way back to it.

Your best is already something you’ve experienced.

Let’s explore Depth is chosen in the conversation.
06NAVIGATE UNCERTAINTYNot sweating over the future.Take a closer look →Close ×

Spending too much time worrying about what might happen next?

We can’t know everything that’s coming.

But we can notice what’s happening now.

Separate what we can influence from what we can’t.

And find a useful next step.

You don’t need to know what happens next to decide what you do next.

Let’s explore Depth is chosen in the conversation.
07PERSONAL BRANDINGShow up with clarity. Be remembered for what matters.Take a closer look →Close ×

Do people know what you bring — and what you’d like to be known for?

There’s probably more to you than the part people usually see.

Things you’re good at.

Things you’ve done.

Things you know about.

Things you care about.

And perhaps a few things people wouldn’t expect.

It’s all part of you.

The question is how you let people discover it — in person and online.

Let’s explore Depth is chosen in the conversation.

Page 4 · the person

I’ve always been curious. About people. About what makes us tick.

And then there are the things I try…

Portrait: Chetan, attention and warmth
His photography, across genres
The street-food book (four copies)
One stand-up set

Photography took me across genres and, along the way, brought me some international recognition. A weekend eating street food around New Delhi with three colleagues became a coffee-table book — four copies, one for each of us.

And once, mostly because it was well outside my comfort zone, I tried stand-up comedy. One performance. It went rather well. 😄 Different things. Same curiosity.

Something on your mind?

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Maybe it’s something you want to work through. Something you’d like to do differently.

An idea you want to explore. Or perhaps you’re not quite sure yet.

That’s okay. Start with a conversation.

Tell me a little about what’s on your mind.

Prototype form. No message is sent.

Or, find a time that works.

If you’d rather get straight to a conversation, choose a time and we’ll take it from there.
