Shift Thinking. Shape Success.

Something on your mind?

You don’t necessarily know what it is.

And that’s okay.

Mark what sounds like you. Yellow is your meaning, not decoration; the lines you keep come back to you at the end.

the missing piece

Sometimes, you already know enough.

Locked client sketchnote: a person crosses a river on black boulders that stand for what is already known, with three coloured boulders as possible missing pieces (a conversation, a perspective, a decision) and a crocodile watching.
Chetan’s own sketch, locked original. The missing piece is one of several possible next moves.

Maybe it starts with a better question.

Or a clearer observation.

Perhaps you see a possibility you hadn’t considered.

Perhaps you decide to do something differently.

And that’s where the shift begins.

register03

Make the shift.

Not everything needs a new plan.

Sometimes, it needs a new way of looking at the old one.

A thought becomes a possibility.

A possibility becomes a decision.

A decision becomes action.

Small shifts can change what happens next.

Locked client sketchnote: a thought becomes a light bulb, then the person runs holding the bulb, thought to insight to action.
Locked original. The shift is not complete at the ‘aha’; something is done with it.

what Alpha Shift is about

That’s what Alpha Shift is about.

Creating the space to explore.

To think differently.

To see more clearly.

To find what matters.

And then to do something about it.

How we work

Or it might be something we haven’t put into a box yet.

We start where you are.

a brief introduction

I’m Chetan.

I’ve spent my career moving between banking, fintech, marketing, education and business.

Different industries. Different challenges. Different people.

One thing has stayed constant:

Good answers don’t always come from knowing more.

Sometimes they come from looking differently.

That’s the thinking behind Alpha Shift.

And then there are the things I try…

Photography took me across genres and, along the way, brought me some international recognition.

A weekend eating street food around New Delhi with three colleagues became a coffee-table book — four copies, one for each of us.

And once, mostly because it was well outside my comfort zone, I tried stand-up comedy.

One performance.

It went rather well. 😄

Different things. Same curiosity.

MARKED CONVERSATION. The field's crown-jewel interaction (Highlighter's mark-and-return, a top organ for all five juries) set inside The Register's full-width numbered-frame structure (opus r3, the best complete visual system). Yellow is meaning the visitor makes, never decoration; orange is action only; black frames the register, never grounds it. Primary interaction: you mark the lines that sound like you and they return above the Topmate route, so arriving at the conversation reads as your own conclusion. Secondary motif: the register re-read of the hero line, the same locked question read again with its weight thrown onto a different word (no dwell, no competing mechanic). Corpus fixes applied: 44px targets throughout, hero is an h1 (not a button), no card-hover nudge, no dwell triggers, full static and reduced-motion state. GSAP draws the highlighter sweep, the mark's return, and the programme open. Direction by opus, R5.
